Upon ordering and payment confirmation, items will be shipped within 1 working day.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once you have successfully placed an order.

Tracking code will be sent to you in a separate email within 24 hours after your order is shipped.

All International orders will be fulfilled by DHL, DPEX and Fedex.

Orders from Hong Kong and Macau will be fulfilled by SF Express.

On certain occasions, we may opt for other courier services to better suit our customers needs.

Cost of shipping is calculated upon checkout, and will be determined by the weight of your parcel and delivery destination.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address. We will change the corresponding address as long as the parcel has not yet been shipped.

The estimated time for delivery would be 4 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Follow the steps below:

2. Under shipping address, enter a S.F express point at the address column you would like to pick up from.
3. Click ''continue to shipping'' to proceed.
   

We will send you a SF express tracking code via email after your order is shipped.

You will also receive a SMS once your parcel has arrived at the pick up location.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and Discover.

Our system also supports FPS, AlipayHK, Alipay(RMB), WeChat Pay HK, and WeChat Pay (RMB).

Your items may be subjected to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are to be paid by the customer if imposed.

We apologize that it will not be possible to cancel your orders or exchange items once the parcels are shipped. Please contact us immediately for any change of order before we ship.

We are able to ship the items again once the buyer has paid the additional shipping fees.

Buyers will be liable for the losses due to any incorrect shipping address provided.

Every customer's order is packed and checked thoroughly prior to shipping. However, if the items turn out to be different from what you purchased, please contact us immediately.

We currently only allow companies or resellers to become our wholesaler.

Proof of company details including business registration, official website, social media accounts might need to be provided in order to qualify for our wholesale pricing.
